Privacy Policy (Online Exam) - Summary

By participating in an AICCI online examination, AICCI processes personal data to plan, administer, conduct, and supervise the exam (including remote proctoring), ensure exam integrity, prevent cheating/fraud, evaluate and store results, and issue/manage certificates (including long-term certificate verification).

Data that may be processed includes identity/contact data (e.g., name, date of birth, email), exam and certification data (submissions, results, logs, certificate details), and proctoring/monitoring data such as live/recorded audio/video, ID document scans, screen recordings/screenshots, user activity logs, and technical metadata (IP address, device/browser, timestamps).

Processing is based on GDPR legal grounds including contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interests in fair and secure examinations; special-category data may be processed where necessary.

Data may be shared with authorized exam staff, proctors, and service providers; international transfers follow GDPR safeguards.
